THE CONFLICT

hello friends! after a month i am back to pen down something. i know it is a long gap to update a blog. initially, i was having many topics to write as i was roaming to many exotic places for the past one month and was having lot of interesting things to share but now i am blank and numb and all the positive feelings and thoughts are gone and i am also mourning with others the tragic incident happened to Mumbai, and when you stay in Mumbai, you connect more. i know everybody is writing into these incidents but reason for me to write or you can say the urge to share the feeling is different. actually i had a bit of an argument with my husband three days back.it all started when i was glued to the television and i was living each moment of agony and pain with what was going on and not at all able to divert my mind to other routine issues including taking medicines on time. he told me to shut down from all the live action of madness and divert to other things,we went into an argument over this where he was showing insensitivity towards the mayhem. i know he was concerned about my health and i know " MEN ARE FROM MARS" but sometimes you need to be more realistic and empathise with the situation. he said it is government duty to tackle this terrorism problem and you can't do anything into this. here i totally disagree with him and i said we the citizens of INDIA as a common man, are the first ones to come in touch of these terrorists when they enter in our country whether it was that boat owner who carried them to the shores or that woman in that machhi society who got in face to face with the terrorists but these common people of the society were ignorant of their hidden identity. actually here is the point where by being vigilant and alert we can cross check from these strangers and in a way we can help the authorities by informing them in time. at least we can do our part and not feel guilty of not doing anything and leaving everything to these politicians who of their casual approach towards the safety and integrity of the nation comments carelessly and insensitively by saying" itne bade shaheron mein aisi ek aad hadsa ho jata hai". i told my husband not to become another R R PATIL here. i know it was bit harshon him but at that moment, i was highly emotional and he was highly practical. And by blending and balancing both feelings later on, we called it a truce and came to a conclusion that we should take responsibility down the line for whatever happened and discussions, debates, arguments are not the solution of any problem. We should start feeling passionately about the country as a whole and not just one state, not just one community. Be alert as a citizen wherever you go and don't except the situation in which you are.Fight for it.
And finally we decided one more thing that we will read that famous book " MEN ARE FROM MARS AND WOMEN ARE FROM VENUS" together, to understand each others emotional side of the personality in a better way.

In the end, this famous song comes to my mind "TU HIND BANEGA NA MUSALMAN BANEGA,INSAAN KI AULAAD HAI,INSAAN BANEGA".

BYE FOR NOW!
TAKE CARE AND BE VIGILENT!!!!
